Access IDs (sometimes labeled User Code), and passwords are used to provide security when accessing Internet banking. Depending on your banks policy, they may either provide you with the ID and password for your initial login; or you may be allowed to enable yourself via the Internet. In either case, you will be prompted to change your password to one of your own choosing immediately after your first login. You may also be required to change your ID after your initial login, depending on your banks policies. Please refer to Access ID and Password Information for specific requirements.
Note:
The Access ID and Password fields are case sensitive!
To log in:
Enter your access ID in the Access ID field.
If the ID is provided by your bank and is your Social Security Number, enter it as a nine digit number without dashes.
For example:
Correct
222334545
Incorrect
222 33 4545 or 222-33-4545
Enter your password in the Password field.
Click the Submit button.
On your first login, you will be prompted to change one or both of your login fields, depending on your bank's procedures. These can be of your own choosing, but must follow the guidelines established by your bank. Be sure to record this information and keep it in a secure place. On your next login, enter your new access ID and/or password.
