Transaction Search

Transaction Search assists the client in searching for specific transactions. Any or all of the search criteria may be applied depending on how detailed you want the search. Transaction Search is reached from the History button drop-down list.

This feature searches for specific transactions through a number of functions; the search criteria are listed below:

Use this procedure to search for a specific transaction:

  1. On the Accounts page, click on account number in the Number column.

  2. On the Balances page, from the History button, select Transactions Menu .

  3. In the Transaction Search area, select as little or as much information from the drop-down lists as necessary per search.

  4. To search with ranges, type in a Date: range, Amount: range, and/or Check Number: range.

  5. Click Display.

Note:

The more fields completed in the Transaction Search, the more accurate your results.

Export Transactions

From the Transaction Search menu you can export transaction information for use with a Personal Finance Management (PFM) application, such as Intuit's Quicken, Microsoft Money or Excel, and Windows Clipboard or Quickbooks. Refer to Export Transactions for more information.

Image Retrieval

If your bank supports image retrieval, the Image Search area of the Transaction Search menu is where you can search for specific check images. Required fields of this search are denoted by an asterisk.

To view check images simply insert the check number and click Display. Refer to Image Retrieval for more information.
