When logging in, you are allowed a set number of login attempts to enter the information correctly. The number of incorrect login attempts is defined by your bank. After you reach the set number of incorrect attempts, you will be locked out. The lock out is designed as a security measure.
Once you are locked out, you will need to wait a set number of minutes, usually 10 minutes. After that period of time, you can again begin the login process. The number of minutes after a lock out is also defined by your bank.
If you still cannot obtain access, contact your bank representative.
