Set up a Scheduled Transfer

You can set up a transfer so it occurs on a specific date or on a recurring basis. The funds move between the designated accounts on the date you specified.

Once a transfer transaction is in the system, you can make changes until 6 p.m. the day before the transaction date. You cannot make changes on the date the transaction is scheduled. Attempts to do so may result in additional transfers taking place.

Note:

To schedule a single transfer for a specific date, use the On-demand option for frequency and set the date field to the date you want.

To create a scheduled transfer:

  1. On the Accounts page, click on the account number in the Number column.

  2. On the Balances page, click the Transfers button and select New Scheduled Transfer. If other transfers are set up for this account, the scheduled transfers display. If no transfers are set up for this account, "No Transfers For Accounts" displays.

  3. In the To field, click on the drop-down list and select the account number that you want to transfer the funds to.

  4. In the Frequency field, click on the drop-down list and select the frequency of the transfer.

  5. In the Amount field, enter the amount that you want to transfer. When entering the amount, use a decimal point. For example, for a $100 transfer, enter 100.00.

  6. In the Date field, enter the date you want the transfers to begin.

  7. In the Number of Transfers field, enter the number of remaining transfers. This is an optional field.

  8. In the Description: field, enter a description. This field can be useful to write notes/reminders or any other pertinent information.

  9. Click the Submit button.

  10. The Scheduled Transfer Confirmation page displays.  Print this page for record keeping purposes.
