Export Transactions

You can export transaction information for use with a Personal Financial Management (PFM) application, such as Intuit's Quicken, Microsoft Money or Excel, and Windows Clipboard or Quickbooks. You can export transactions for all types of accounts.

Note:

The system keeps different periods of history depending on the type of account. It is recommended that you regularly export transaction information to avoid loss of transaction detail.

To export transactions into a Personal Financial Management (PFM) application:

  1. On the Accounts page, click on account number in the Number column.

  2. On the Balances page, click the History button and select Transactions Menu.

  3. On the Transactions Menu page, complete the Transaction Search area for the cycle and transaction types you want.

  4. In the Date field, enter a date range for the export if necessary. The default is all available history.

  5. In the Export Format field, click on the drop-down list and select the appropriate file type:

  • Comma Separated File (.CSV) -- Microsoft Excel

  • Quicken Interchange Format (.QIF) -- Intuit Quicken

  • Open Financial Exchange (.OFX) -- Microsoft Money

  1. Click the Export button.
