You can review the scheduled, future bill payments for your accounts. Once the bill payment occurs, it will be available in the account history.
To review bill payments:
On the Accounts window, click on the account number in the Number column.
On the Balances window, click the Payment button and select Payment List.
The following summary information displays:
Payee identifies the name of the entity receiving the payment
Description allows you to write yourself notes/reminders of the payment
Next Payment identifies date of the next payment, if applicable
Payment Amount identifies amount of the next payment, if applicable
Click on the Details link to view the following:
Account Number with Payee
Payment Frequency identifies the schedule of payments
Remaining Payments identifies the number of additional payments
Last Date identifies date of last payment
Last Payment identifies amount of last payment
Note:
Once a bill payment transaction is in the system, you can make changes until 6 p.m. the day before the transaction date. You cannot make changes on the date the transaction is scheduled. Attempts to do so may result in additional payments taking place.
