Loan Servicing Officer
We invite your interest in this management level position. Required are five years of residential, consumer and commercial loan servicing experience. A college degree in business and supervisory experience are also required. The ideal candidate will have a high level of knowledge of compliance regulations and strong technical skills. Experience with the Fiserv processing system is preferred.
Primary responsibilities include efficient and effective servicing of mortgages, consumer and commercial loans from set-up through payoff. Other duties include the managment of the collection function, secondary market loans, and the property tax and insurance processes. The successful candidate will review all loan documentation, prepare reports for management, reconcile general ledger accounts, and oversee record retention.
We are seeking a customer focused individual with previous banking experience. Responsible for supervising the teller staff, operating a teller window, and handling a variety of administrative tasks necessary for effective teller area operation. A general knowledge of bank products is important; a solid understanding of the policies and procedures that relate to the teller position is necessary. Responsible for training, coaching, and evaluating the performance of the teller staff. The successful candidate will thrive in a friendly, fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and provide world class service on a consistent basis.
Part Time Tellers
We are looking for individuals who enjoy working face to face with customers and bring a warm, friendly attitude every day. Successful candidates must have strong customer service and communication skills, and feel comfortable using a PC for transaction processing.
The openings are primarily for late afternoon/early evening hours. Saturday mornings are required of all part time tellers. The positions call for fifteen to twenty hours per week.
