Mask Update as of August 19, 2021: WSB is following the updated CDC and MA State guidelines related to mask wearing. The Belmont Board of Health, the Lexington Board of Health, and the Arlington Board of Health are now requiring all individuals to wear masks/face coverings indoors. Therefore, a mask/face covering will be required at our WSB locations in those towns. We are monitoring any updated requirements in other local towns that may impact our branch locations.
We invite you to bank with us by:
- Visiting our branch lobbies for teller services and non-teller services. Appointments are no longer required for non-teller services. If you still wish to make an appointment with a Personal Banker, you may do so by calling Customer Support at 617-928-9000.
- Visiting our drive-up window locations. Drive-up service hours at our Church Street and Warrendale locations have been extended until 6pm Monday thru Friday.
- Enrolling in WSB Online to manage your accounts, transfer funds, pay bills, and more
- Downloading the WSB Mobile Banking app on your smartphone to deposit your checks, manage accounts, set alerts, and more.
