We are currently seeking an experienced Bank Operations Representative to join our team. The Operations Representative is responsible for ensuring the timely processing of various daily exceptions and for the administration of the Bank’s SOS Overdraft Program. The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements.

We are looking for a dedicated and detail orientated individual is responsible managing the daily HR operations, supporting employees and managers, as well as ensuring the effective execution of HR policies and programs. This individual will provide training for all new employees on the Bank’s general regulations, policies, and procedures, develop and disseminate instructional materials related to coaching and development of WSB employees and manage the Bank’s recruiting efforts. They will also be responsible for supporting the Bank’s initiatives to enhance our employees’ experiences and promote a highly productive and engaged culture that ultimately builds pride, a sense of community and dedication to our mission.

Watertown Savings Bank is looking for a friendly, outgoing individual to join our team as a Teller. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service to all customers by processing transactions accurately and efficiently. An ideal candidate should have cashing handling experience, feel comfortable using a PC, and have strong communication skills.

This role is pivotal in providing exceptional service to all branch customers. As a Personal Banking Representative, you will be responsible for establishing and servicing customer accounts, both personal and business. Additionally, the Personal Banking Representative will excel in recognizing opportunities to enhance existing customer relationships whenever they express a need. The Personal Banking Representative role will involve assisting customers with inquiries related to our bank's products and services while also proactively identifying opportunities to refer customers to other areas for assistance when appropriate.
