Customer Travel Program Coordinator
Community Relations
Full Time

The Customer Travel Program Coordinatorwill support Watertown Savings Bank’s Club 50 Program that provides rewards and travel opportunities for our valued banking customers who have been committed to saving and maintaining their WSB accounts. This individual will also support the Bank's Community relations department sponsored events.

Call Center Representative
Full Time

This individual will support the customer contact center team by responding to customer inquiries received by telephone, e-mail or online chat, while meeting service level objectives and actively listening to customer needs. They will make product recommendations and appropriate solutions to customer inquiries and track ongoing issues and see them through to final resolution. Gaining and maintaining a thorough knowledge of all bank products and services is necessary for success.

Watertown Savings Bank is looking for individuals who enjoy working face to face with customers and bring a warm, friendly attitude every day. Successful candidates must have strong customer service and communication skills, and feel comfortable using a PC for transaction processing. Cash handling experience is preferred. Saturday mornings are required of all part time tellers.
