Lost or Stolen Debit Card? Here's What to Do

If your debit card is lost, stolen, or you suspect fraudulent activity, take action immediately.

Step 1: Turn Off Your Card

Go to the WSB Mobile Banking app, select "Card," and turn off your card to prevent unauthorized transactions.

Step 2: Contact Customer Support

Call Customer Support at 800-207-2525 to report your lost or stolen card and request a replacement.

Step 3: Block Your Card

To permanently block your WSB debit card, call 800-417-8715.
