The Commercial Lending Officer is responsible for developing, originating, underwriting, and managing a portfolio of commercial loan relationships, with a primary emphasis on investment real estate and construction lending. This individual is expected to generate new business opportunities, cultivate long-term customer relationships, and contribute to the continued growth and profitability of the Bank's commercial loan portfolio.

We are looking for a personable and friendly Switchboard Operator to join our experienced Call Center Team. This individual serves as the first point of contact for customers when calling into Watertown Savings Bank. Providing professional and courteous service for all incoming telephone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments is their primary responsibility. This position also supports the bank's daily administrative operations through customer communications/mailing, special projects, and other clerical duties. The individual must also maintain a general knowledge of all bank products and services necessary for success.

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Deposit Operations team and play an important role in supporting our customers and retail banking operations. This individual will participate in the administration of the Bank's Special Overdraft Services Program, Daily RIM reporting, and manage newly reported fraud cases.
