Where does it all go? Use our new Spending Report tool within WSB Online to find out. When you log on to WSB Online you'll see the Spending Report on the bottom left side of the page. The Report has assigned categories to your account transactions based on the payee. To assign a more accurate category:
- Click the account you want to edit.
- Click the "Transactions" tab.
- Click the "All Transactions" tab. A "Transaction Activity" page will open. This is where you can make edits to the categories. Be sure to click the "save icon" after you make a change.
Once you've given all your transactions proper categories you can exit the "Transaction Activity" page and go back to the Accounts page to see the results. The results may surprise you. The Spending Report is designed to help customers be more aware of their spending and suggest ways to help meet your financial goals.
Exporting to Quickbooks or Other Record Programs: While you are in the "All Transactions" page you can click the "Export Format" menu to download your transactions in the format you choose. Transaction data is currently available from December 12, 2011 forward.
