As the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to impact our daily lives, we continue to do our part to ensure the health and safety of customers and employees. To stay connected with us, we encourage you to review the following tips.
We are committed to staying in contact with our customers and letting them know that we are here for them in the best ways we can given the unprecedented situation. Visit our 'Message to our Neighbors' to hear the latest from us.
Most WSB branch lobbies are now reopened for branch teller services and, by appointment, other banking services. Please note the Church Street Branch is only opened for drive-up services and the Waverley Square Branch is temporarily closed (safe deposits are available by appointment).
For detailed information on branch and drive-up locations and business hours, please visit our More Ways to Bank with WSB page.
If you want to manage your accounts, pay bills, or deposit your checks without coming to a nearby WSB branch location at this time, then you can do all of this and more from your computer or smartphone! We invite you to use WSB Online on our website and the WSB Mobile Banking app on your smartphone to access your accounts. Safety and convenience are at your fingertips:
For your convenience, we have recently increased your mobile deposit limits (per check and monthly total). Once a check is deposited, you will see your available mobile deposit limits as well as receive an email confirmation. We also continue to have an extended mobile deposit cut-off time of 8pm ET each business day.
Get started! Download the WSB Mobile Banking app on your smartphone to use the Mobile Deposit tool.
